Central Awnings Ltd is a long established business servicing both commercial and residential needs. We engineer, design and manufacture all our traditional awnings and products in our workshop. We offer an extensive renovating service for Victorian Awnings. If you already own an awning that looks like it has seen better days it is usually possible to renovate it rather than replace it.
Most shops had an awning at some point & may still have the original fittings, it is usually possible to reinstall an awning in these cases.
Commercial Awnings

traditional visual statement, awnings are

business. If you have valuable stock on
display an awning will also offer protection
from the effects of strong sunlight.
We are also able to signwrite or screenprint fabric and powdercoat the frames to your requirements.
All awnings supplied exceed the requirements of the internationally recognised TUV quality standard for awning systems. TUV is the only independent testing laboratory in the world with stringent standards for retractable awnings.
Domestic Awnings

Traditional Shop Blinds
Our traditional awnings are still handmade today as they were in Victorian times. The design has lasted for centuries and is still one of the strongest and most practical awnings available today.
Our Victorian Awning boxes are manufactured in FSA accredited timber which can be painted to match the facade. The covers are traditionally in canvas but any of our fabrics can be used. Victorian awnings are the obvious choice for buildings of historic value, or in conservation areas and are often insisted upon by councils but they can look just as impressive for modern applications.
